Viking Way

Viking Way is part of a the national Renaissance program
 

Josten’s, which  produces such items as your yearbook and class rings, also has an organization called Renaissance.  It is a program involving over 3000 schools and celebrates student achievements, honors teacher efforts, and encourages the community to participate in the education process.

VIKING WAY GOALS

The goals of Viking Way are to:

  •  Improve overall academic performance
  •  Increase grade average
  •  Improve attendance
  •  Create a more positive school environment
  •  Strengthen ties with the community
  •  Encourage students and staff to display ethical behavior
 

Viking Way isn’t only a program! It is a process that encourages academic excellence, improvement, attendance and citizenship.  It brings ideas and people together to find ways for students to experience the joy of learning and to recognize educators as dedicated and valued professionals.
